How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept KNET. Payment details will be confirmed at checkout or via WhatsApp.

Are your products authentic?
Yes — 100%. Every One Piece and Pokémon TCG product is verified before it is listed, and sealed product is sold factory-sealed and untampered. Q8 Curator holds a valid MOCI online seller license.

Delivery & Shipping

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed and confirmed before 7:00 PM are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 7:00 PM are delivered the next day. We confirm your exact delivery window on WhatsApp once your order is out for delivery.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available across Kuwait for orders confirmed before 7:00 PM. Remote and island areas (Zone F, plus Kubbar, Qaruh, Umm Al-Maradim and Warba) may need an extra day — we will let you know on WhatsApp if that applies to your address.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are calculated by area at checkout, starting from 1.500 KD. See our Delivery Fees by Area page for the full breakdown.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as you pay. We then message you on WhatsApp with your delivery window and let you know when the courier is on the way. You can also message us any time at +965 949 83977 for an update.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we deliver within Kuwait only. Follow us on Instagram for updates on international shipping.

What do the card condition grades mean?
We use standard TCG grading: NM (Near Mint) — virtually no wear; LP (Lightly Played) — minor surface wear; MP (Moderately Played) — visible wear but fully playable; HP (Heavily Played) — significant wear. Condition is always listed on the product page.

What is The Vault?
The Vault is our collection of high-value graded slabs and rare vintage cards. These items are priced by negotiation — submit an offer through the product page and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Can you source a specific card for me?
Yes. Use the Source Cards page to submit your request or message us on WhatsApp. We specialise in tracking down rare and hard-to-find TCG items.
