Common Questions
Does Q8Curator take a cut of my sale?
No. Listings are completely free and we take zero commission. You receive your full asking price via WAMD once the buyer's delivery is confirmed.
Do I have to bring my card anywhere?
No. Your card stays at your home until it sells. When a buyer purchases it, we arrange pickup directly from your address — you don't move.
What photos should I upload?
A straight-on shot of the front of the slab is the minimum. A back shot and a close-up of the grading label speed things up a lot — the label lets us verify your certificate number instantly. Natural light, no flash glare on the case.
How long until I get paid?
Within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Once delivery is confirmed we transfer your money via WAMD — not in 7 days, not in 14 days.
My slab is worth over 500 KWD — does that change anything?
Yes — it qualifies for The Vault. We'll list it in our curated high-value section with higher visibility across the platform. Mention it in your submission and we'll set it up accordingly.
What if my card doesn't sell?
If your card hasn't sold after 60 days we'll contact you to either relist at a revised price or remove the listing. No pressure either way — your card is always at your place.
Can buyers return the card?
No returns on graded slabs. The grade and certificate number are fully verifiable before purchase — what you see is what you get. This protects you as the seller.
