The set centres on the Four Emperors and the powerhouse characters debuting in the Elbaf arc, with 126+ card types including new Treasure Rare treatments.

Leaders in the set: Edward Newgate (Red), Monkey D. Luffy (Black), Shanks (Green), Kaido (Purple), Big Mom (Yellow) and Rocks D. Xebec (Blue).
