OP-17 (also listed as OP17 or Set 17) is the 17th main booster set for the One Piece Card Game and the grand celebration of the game's 4th anniversary. The set centres on the Four Emperors and the powerhouse characters debuting in the Elbaf arc, with 126+ card types including new Treasure Rare treatments.

Leaders in the set: Edward Newgate (Red), Monkey D. Luffy (Black), Shanks (Green), Kaido (Purple), Big Mom (Yellow) and Rocks D. Xebec (Blue).

Chase cards to watch: Manga Rares of the original Four Emperors — Shanks, Whitebeard, Kaido and Big Mom — plus the Luffy Leader Super Parallel, the Conqueror's Haki SP line (Zoro, Oden, Garp, Roger, Yamato, Rayleigh) and the Gold Anniversary SPs.
